WHAT IS A LIFE COACH?

A life coach is a person who encourages and supports clients on a range of professional and personal issues. It is important to note that life coaching is distinct from giving advice, consulting, counseling, mentoring, and administering therapy.  A coach will work with you to clarify your goals and create a plan of action and for achieving them.                                                                             

 

DOES LIFE COACHING REALLY WORK?

For sure! You and I will form a team relationship and through this relationship can discover what may be temporarily keeping you from achieving your goals and what you can do to accomplish them. All of the work you have done in the past will serve as a foundation for us to finally bring about your desired outcomes.

 

WILL YOU SEE CLIENTS IN PERSON OR ONLINE?

Zoom is my preferred method. However, I am open to making contact in accordance with current health guidelines.

 

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME AND FREQUENCY FOR THE SESSIONS?

Each session will last approximately 1-1½ hour, once per week.

 

IF YOU WILL BE SEEING CLIENTS IN PERSON, WHAT WILL BE YOUR LOCATION?

The location will be shared at the time of intake.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO FIX MY PROBLEM?

As you may realize, each person’s situation is different. You will begin to get results from the very first session. At this session, we will set goals and determine the barriers you are facing to resolve your specific challenges. When we are able to define this, it will be easier to estimate how many sessions may be useful for you to achieve your goals.

 

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

Our work together is considered educational in nature rather than medical. As such, insurance does not cover our services. However, often the fees can be deducted as an educational business expense.
